MIDI awarded points on areas of training- qswp program

Hi,

I've been a 2016 intake under QSWP Program through agency ,until the system has been changed and now the submission is under the EOI by bank.
I'm just shocked when I found out the MIDI awarded 0 point to the areas of training under civil engineering profession........,,, and not eligible to submit for EOI as advised by my agent

Is there anyone has the same situation??? kindly advise,
