Hi aloapiram,

I think you need to write your middle name in the given names column.

i have another concern. my passport submitted to them was a single status but i am now married and applied to manitoba as married. i passed my marriage certifcate with them. but in my LOA, my name was printed wrong. it shows my name using my middle name from my maiden name which is supposed to be my surname from my maiden name. here's the example:

my name in passport: PAOLA CAMILLE ESPANA NIGOZA
my name now as married : PAOLA CAMILLE NIGOZA MARI
my name in LOA : PAOLA CAMILLE ESPANA MARI

any sugestions?
