Hi, I just noticed that when I became a PR, my middle name (my mother's maiden surname) became part of my Given Name in my PR Card and COPR . Now, I am filling out the sponsorship forms (and my hubby is doing his spouse forms) should we include the middle name in the Given Name section?

Thanks :D

It was listed on my passport so I included my middle name.
