Thoz Under NOC 0111 and got waiting letters in DUBAI ·

Search for this post in the forums and there ss one guys talking about waiting letters for NOC code 0111
I dont completely understand what he says in the post..

Can somebody please tell me what happens if cap is reached for new applicant; are the old applicants also put on hold?

Man my noc code is 0111 too.
I see all of the same code people are just waiting because they have filled the quota of 300 acceptance under this noc code. If you go to cic website you can see financial managers category is full for 2013. I am only guessing here that we will have to wait until 2014 may until this category is open again. This is just a guess. Please throw some light on this if you have any ideas guys.

It can't be like that dude, Though for 2013 applicants if the Cap is reached for 0111 NOC, ours is 2010 & when they sent our medicals that it self means that they have to clear the backlogs of 2010 & we are pretty much with the CAP that point in time. Its year on year CAP, So my understanding is they can't merge 2010 applicants with 2013.

Read the page clearly it states the CAP is for every Year.
Applications per eligible occupation:
Between May 4, 2013, and April 30, 2014, we will consider no more than 5,000 complete FSW applications for processing. Within the 5,000 cap, we will consider no more than 300 applications per eligible occupation for processing within this same time frame. [/b]

1. Job Verification by VO is at random - you may wish to keep your Office folks updated about your plans of migrating to Canada - they will be prepared, in case of any Inquiries.
2. Switching jobs does not have any effect on the Migration Application - you may however update the CHC with the updated job details, so as to keep your file up to date.

how long NDVO can hold my passport??? its already been 6 months.
I had plans to go to india for DEWALI, but seems lik it impossible ds year, forget bout new year wit family...!!!!!

eshotel - I am right behind your timeline buddy - no luck for FSW2 yet..

as NVLN rightly stated - even if u loose ur job - you have by now fulfilled the requirements of FSW2 - you may be required to present approved HRSDC confirmation which you had obtained when you filed ur PR

Today ecase shows "Medical results have been received."

we did medicals in end of June and submitted on 8th july to NDVO..... and today i get to see the Medical results received line....

Congratulations!!! though strangly it took too long for the line addition. I did it on 7th sept and 24th sept the line was added.....
