Hi ,

It's raining decision made today , I just checked my status and its turned to decision made . I am really happy for it and also I wanted to be in India this Diwali .

I wish everybody on the forum best of luck for there process.


It's a great support and advice I got it from fellow members, 3.5 years a long journey on this forum , from the address disappearances to decision made .

Dear forum members I am unable to understand the outcome of my decision made as it took only one month for DM after receiving the docs/RPRF/PP by NDVO....hope its positive decision. I am sharing my timeline here for members to comment please.

1.We received your application for permanent residence on May 25, 2010.

2.We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 5, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

3.Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

4.Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 24, 2012.

5.Medical results have been received. (on 3rd Aug, 2013)

6.A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. (on 15th Sept, 2013)

RPRF/PP were recvd by NDVO on 14th Aug 2013..

LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE TRYING TO FINISH OFF WITH MARCH AND APRIL 2010 APPLICANTS AND THEN MOVE ON TO US THAT IS MAY JUNE 2010 APPLICANTS .WAITING STILL CONTINUES ................

u can be correct, but they also may be issuing visa keeping in mind the medical expiry dates too, may be issuing visas 3-4 months prior to meds expiry date...a guess though.

Out of 7 DM registered till now in Forum, 2 of them (Jyothiratheesh and 197js) are May applicant (May 03 and May 25)

IF THATS THE CASE ALSO I AM OK AS I HAVE FINISHED 7 MONTHS AFTER MEDICALS SO I SHOULD BE GETTING MY DECISION IN 2/3 MONTHS .ALL I GODS HAND ......STAYING POSITIVE...
