Great job CD, would suggest we we add another column of NOC to this than we would find be able to analyze if they are picking up the files on the basis of NOC in demand for the current year or else.

Yes you are right, NOC could be another factor of cherry picking files.
Besides I have edited my reply by adding another factor of Original Application Date as a criteria of working on files.

Although if we add both these factors the table could be complicated. Still let us observe the DM trend & then we will modify it accordingly.

We can`t trust on our e-case.one of my family friend(april-2010)applicant(medical done april 2013,first meek)got his passports with visas(he,his wife and kid)on 19th aug.Visas stamped on 06aug and his e-case was showing IN PROSSESS till 20 aug.so be ready you can get postman on your door steps any time.goog luck all of us.

You can not compare your processing time with us..CHC works as per instruction from CIC,every MIs having different processing timelines, as you belong to new MI thus yours would be different.

thanku so much for your information...actually in my aor mail they mentioned like this (average of 10 months to process at this office. If you have not received any instructions from this office 6 months after you submitted your full application,you arerequested to contact this office directly.)
