Hi guys,
I am MI 1 applicant, received medical request on 8th November 2012,done medical on 1 December 2012.My dependent son (studying canada)also sent his medical from canada.His DMP had sent his medical to cic ND on 19 December 2012. By tracking no.it was received on 25 December at New Delhi.Yesterday i received email from New Delhi that they have not received the medical of my dependent son, as all other medical are satisfactory....It is also written that next BF date is 15th July 2013.What it mean?? Will they reject my case as 90 days period is over from 8th november 2012....pls help me and suggest me what should i do now?

Hi Raj,
When you son completed medical in Canada, the DMP should have given him one form with DMP's stamp (as proof of medical completion) you should have sent that to NDVO, if you haven't sent or in any case I think it will be better to send it again to VO, along with a letter stating the situation in detail and clarifying that your son had undergone mecical on so and so date at which DMP and the proof is attached. Hope the VO will track down the medical reports.

My application recd dt. 1.7.12
Applicaton processing dt. 11.9.12. & file tranfered from cic to ndvo
Ndvo mail recd dtm 12.9.12 confirm that your application evaluation in six months
21.9.12 mail recd from. Ndvo regarding medical ,passport, educational cert. , employment detail& rprf fee for submission
All required document & medial is submitted dt 26.9.12
Medical has been received shown on ecas
Rprf fee dd encashed dt 6.10.12
Afterthat no update of my application till march 13
Then enquery mail sent to ndvo
After two months nadvo reply all required document recd no action required from your end your application pending for visa officer review
Now after one months ndvo verify my employment detail through phone call tht day I am on leave& reception guy just join in my company, he confirm to ndvo Idont know myself. & not working in this company that negtive feedback from my company reject my file or given time to justify myself

You think its possible after medical & rprf dd encashed ndvo verify elployment detail

Pls suggest seniors I am worried now
