MI1 MEDICAL COMPLETED, WAITING FOR PP (NDVO) , LETS CONNECT HERE

Hi all
Need some advice if possible
I did my medicals in april 2013 and medical line added on may 10 and sent all the updated documents and recieved by PVO on 23/06 sent them email on 23/7 and answered that my file is undergoing security check which might take between several weeks and severla months. I am residing in Saudiarabia for the last 14 years and my only travels is a yearly vacation to Beirut.
I am so worried now becoz I have 3 kids that will start school in september and it is very costy here ( almost 9000 $)for the first semster nonrefundable. And if they do not start by mid of sept they lose their places,Do u think i should wait and catch schools in Canada or there will be stiil a lot of time until i got passport requests?
I am ready to move anytime they stamp the visas.
Everyone's opinion is highly appreciated.

Yes,Sir, U ARE ABSOLUTELY correct.

Amount covering RPRF nd POF is defined /predetermined by cic.The former goes to CHS/Reciver General A/C ND the later is the one which is repatriable for being placed in the applicant's Canadian BANK a/c.RPRF is determined at notional rate applicable over a period of time ND so does POF ,depending upon average CONVERTIBLE market rate of INR viz-a-viz USD. However, amount being carried by the applicant in CAD is converted at the spot rate applicable at the time of RELEASE OF EQUIVALENT AMT. in FR. EXC(CAD).

At POE ,the principal applicant has to declare the amount carried on disebarkment Card given by the Cabin Crew of the Airline which is to be eventually handed over to the Custom depatment manned by CBSA .The attending officer may ask about, or even physically check, the amount decalred on the aforesiad form.

8)Hi prahar51ji.,..... i kept FD for 3 months only (sent PP,POF FD,MR,RPRF along with complete application package in april 2013 to delhi visa office ,RPRF DD`s encashed on 17/4/2013)thought will get visa in 35 days so I have shown for 3 months, due to PAFSO strike action PP and visas not yet received..now my question is `is CHC will agian contacts me,to show funds once again? or.... is they refuse to grant visa??? What will happens..other wise shall I send once again fresh FD certificate?plz respond..thanx in advance

Sir/Madam,
Please do not send any information to Vo ,unless otherwise called for.Note that funds at ur disposal has to be essentially of non-encumberred ,easily repatriable nd are good enough to cover the equivalent amount in CAD AS DEFINED BY CIC,DEPENDING upon THE NO. OF PERSONS ,e.i principal applicant + dependent accomanying family members as under:
Total members Amt in cad.
------------------ -------------
1 $11,115.00
2 $13,837.00
3 $17011.00
4 $20,654.00
5 $23,425.00
6 $26,419.00
7 nd above $29,414.00
So,funds shown by an applicant should be in eqivalent to above(as applicable in individual case) havIng been converted at notional EXCHANGE rate.Make sure THE FDR u have refered IS GOT extended on maturity FOR ANOTHER SIX OR NINE MONTHS, so as to prove that u have remained invested without syphoning the funds to some ther area which does not fall under the domain of deafined POF.

Rest assured ,u are in the safe zone.SO what, even if vo calls for any clarification in this regard.U HAVE ANSWER TO THEIR QUESTION, SO LONG AS U HAVE REASON TO SATISFY VO.

Pl. Tell me is it necessary to take pcc from psk (passport seva kendra)... in my case, I took it from comissioner office which they call it police verification (pvc) and not pcc. Big thing is that it was in gujarati. Regional language.

Can somebody pl. Tell me then what now? I m worried now as I sent all docs. With passports to ndvo. Wht should I do now?

While sending ppts. to NDVO 46 days back, I was thinking that it will be real freedom by 15th August 2013 from my current job & this long immigration process since I was hopeful to get VISA.

But as they say, "If you want to make GOD smile & laugh, just decide & tell HIM your future plans.... "

Congrates dear. I have sent Medicals, PP, Funds and updated forms on 20-Jun-2013. lets hope for the best. First application on 13-Mar-2010. NOC 9212

Jaydeep, Last time when I had submitted complete package, I took PCC from Ahmedabad Commissioner Office which was in English. And it was considered valid. (see link : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/india.asp) Recently I got medical instructions and request to add other documents wherein I found line "Finally, you are required to provide the following, if they have not already been submitted" above PCC requirement. So did you send double time or did not sent last time with complete package ?

Same thing i have posted few days back.
Pafso have no choice after 15th of September 2013 because Fall session is going to start on 16th september,2013.
Tim Edword and PAFSO Union have lost their hope now thats why they are in hurry for BIN ABR and goes in the doors of Labour Board and they know this is their last hope for binding arb. otherwise by lAWE of Canada the parliament will order them in fall session to return on their work and PAFSO have to return.

So its not much importent now whether on 22th august 2013 Labour Board resolve this issue or not because after second weeek of September you can see Tim Edword sit in his cabin and stamping the visas
