It may be possible in case of major problem in medical, as per MR reprots
otherwise very rare

My system date is 26/01/2013 and time now is 2.03 PM. Checked that zone selection is correct. Verified already when you had already mentioned this matter in another thread.

Same problem with keethu's ecas also.

Just now keethu came to my home and he had shared the details of the letter received from NDVO to update proof of funds. He is planning to update soon either by Bank certification letter or copy of FD receipt.

During discussion keethu has raised a point that CHC has now started issuing MR for Jan-2012 In process applicants and the time line given for submission of medicals and other documents is 45 days. Now the question arises that

1.Whether CHC will start processing of Feb-applicants only if they finish whole Jan applications?

2.If this happened, Feb applicants have to wait more as those who had issued MR now should submit those documents in next 45 days and NDVO should take a decision in those cases.

As per our analysis there a lot of In-Process applicants fall in Jan-12 and due to this it may take more time in the processing of applications

As you had rightly mentioned when it come to our DM what will happen?

Trend of issuing VISA by chc nd is very much mixed
neither processing date wise nor medical done, appplication date wise or first AOR or 2nd AOR wise
Visa can be issued by chc any time
So wait for the magic trin...trin... of the Postman

My friend dealing in immigration told me the chances are dim in case if you have a medical history where it will cost Canadians a lot of money in cure. Otherwise if a person has a criminal track record then no one will allow a visa for him.

I hope you will clear all these hurdles with flying colors.
Only this second last stpe is the Jesus nut and once it is clear then prepare for the celebrations.

Now chances are there may be this tuesday it will get cleared.

Hi, still pending...have yet to be encashed. By the am from Singapore VO.

PP submitted on 9th July... DD encashed on 18th July.

I applied in M1 in 2010 from Islamabad Pakistan and then it was shifted to LONDON and have submitted VISA FEES and docs now some 5 months ago and haven't received any MR , can any one tell when and in what mode
(letter or email or call ) will the MR be issued and when can we receive MR

They request the MR and RPRF, So any chance to reject or request for interview?

Im following the OLD system , B file

and Im done with the Medical test and RPRF sent , they may request any more update?or what?

I want to share with you my concerns, I have done my Medical on 15/9/2012, they requested 4 months to review the result. The time has passed but no reply from CIC! Is this normal?
FYI .. my submission date was 2007 but it got delayed becoz of my wife pregnancy in 2 child in row. London Office is the responsible office. Staying at KSA, Jordanian

I have submitted my passport on july 1st 2012, i didnt get any status update so far. Now the problem is my passport is going to expire on April 2013, so based on the suggestion given by my consultant, I have mailed the delhi office stating the above reason to return my passport for renewal on december 28th 2012. I got a reply that this mail will be forwarded to the relavant unit and necessary action will be taken in next 5 business days and if required ur passport will be send back. So far I didnt get any reply from them but today evening they have sent a following mail with request letter attached.

my visa office is New Delhi
and NOc 4131, Feb2010 applicant
