Medical Request on 8th November,2012

Medicals done on 27th November,2012.

Documents reached NDVO on 1st Decemeber,2012.

Medical Results reached NDVO on 7th December,2012.

Checked E-cas today........

No Updates.............

I have waited for three long years
over five month for my stamp on my passport
Now depression has engulfed me after so long

NDVO is now making the entry with immigration to Canada such a painful process that most of us are now in depression. They are now inviting depressed people to Canada. We apply with so much of enthusiasm and hopes and over a period of 2-3 years they treat the applicants in such a manner that the applicants loose all the steam. It is like asking a 100 meters sprinter to warm up and prepare for the race and than having him wait at the start line for two days without firing the start gun.

It is not the wait but the uncertainty which is killing. Some are waiting for Medicals, some are waiting for Stamping, some are waiting for Passports. I am sure no one is able to plan the life in these circumstances.

Why do these people not understand the psychology of human beings !!!!!!

Completed medicals on 27th Nov and send passports but ecas has not yet updated the 6th line

Another client in forum got his ecas updated on 4th jan that his medicals has been received.

The only difference which I found is that he is and MI-3 applicant and myself MI-1.

Does CHC prioritize processing of application as this MI-3>MI-2>MI-1.

I haven't seen any MI-1 applicant who got medical request in Nov,completed and sent documents sent to CHC in November and December but their e-cas has not yet been updated.

Is there priority in the verification of medicals and completion of security checks on category?

Totally agree with what Sunny has said.
I have rejected two offers from renowned groups from Dubai just waiting for Canadian visa
And now after a mammoth wait I am still waiting for my passport from 21st July'12.
All dreams are shattered and now with a depressed heart we are waiting for the final outcome for two more months or else I will withdraw my application.
If this is the way the authorities work before visa, then what would be the condition once we reach there leaving our past behind here?
Looking at what ever happened with me from the last three years, I now recommend my friends for Australia or Gulf countries.
Really the wait sucks.

Hi

I'm MI-1.
I got my MR1 in the month of Sep, and medical received line updated within a months time. And got MR2 for the new born on Oct.

Dont understand how they are dealing with each case. But now they are giving priority to MI-3, the recent updates shows that.
