I have recievd a medical request.Can anyone help me what are the documents I need to send now.I know that I need to take a new Police clearence certifcate as the 1 is sent earlier is old.what othr documents I need to send along with this.plz help

Everything is in your letter. Different persons need different documents. so first read your MR carefully and send documents according to letter.

in passport my name is at given name.
now if in imm0008 i fill my name in given name and left the family name blank then it cant be validated and printout is not possible.what to do?

Do not do anything that raises doubt of visa officer. Use the same data that u filled during ur initial application. I know one of my friend has no surname & got visa. If you change something now it may create confusion and suspicion on immi officer.

if i use to write the same as in my initial application, the new format of imm0008 does not support,in imm0008 form filling family name is compulsory. in initial app. i wrote name in given name coloumn.

No update made to e-CAS agains the original medicals that was received by NDVO in JULY 2012.

DD encashed means that everything is allright and it is then time to get the PP with Visa right
