Just want to know that in your case, I guess, you and your wife (except chest X-Ray due to her pregnancy) did medical on 24-Oct and your wife did her chest x-Ray on 26-Nov. My questions are

1) did you inform to CIC that your wife is pregnant?
2) after deliver new baby, after how many months wait and then your wife did medical?
3) what kind of documents did you submit to CIC for new born baby?

Bhai, 1) and 2) No. My case is a bit difference. I got MR+PP and other doc request on 20-Oct-14 after my baby born on 15-Oct-14. So after getting request, I informed them about new born and they replied to send few docs of new comer. I send all doc and PP of all members with new born on 29-Oct-14. 24 days later I got new new born medical.
3) The required docs are
1. Photos
2. Notarized birth certificate
3. PP
4. DD of 150 CAD
5. Additional family member form
6. Generic form
7. Net wealth asset declaration

All required docs came in a mail.

Bhae, upfront has not been accepted. Finally sgvo sent Medical forms & I did medical to another physician accordingly.
