I strongly believe they are stamping in the order of Passports received at NDVO. Most of them who received Visas submitted in July/August and November 2012.

What I feel is they issue VISAs in JAN to DEC order of each year they pick to work on.

They did 2012,2011,2010

Now for MI1(2010) they are dealing in JAN to JUNE order. Looking at score board shows all applicants from FEB-MAR 2010 has got PPs. So now it should move on to april,may,june
