MI-1 Pakistani applicants medical completed, waiting for PPR1 - PPR2

Yeahh. i burnt mine when i came here last month.. so now i am very much focused! there's no going back.. havent found any decent job yet but no worries.. i have to deal with it!

panicking? oh yeah.. we were panicked like seriously at the time of departure.. missed couple of things to pack OR at the time of departure we didnt find much room to adjust some stuff in baggage, including a big collection of my books, zippo lighters, some other collectibles n last but not least my anti-biotic medicines (having an extreme throat infection since last month).

Miss Pakistan? Yeah sometimes.. when we see a LOTS of restaurants offering superb food on really good prices here in NW but we only eat veggies, when we start searching for the frozen halaal meat in really large super stores n we dont find much :/
(Although in NE, you guys will get much halaal food items n restaurants)

Whats more? oh yeah.. the muslim shower! LOL~

i need to know one thing my name on COPR is incomplete. what do u suggest in this regard? should i get it rectified. passport may name theek hey.

I am also planning to settle in calgary. Presently waiting for PPR1 and anticipating travelling in Mar/Apr-2013. Dont you think people going to settle in the same city should coordinate?

Well for me, Inshallah I will land in calgary......and have no plans to return.....for years or might b life time....

I honestly think all of us going now should try our best to settle down.. in the past i used to hear all the time how people would come and go and maintain their PR status and eventually apply for citizenship. Now especially with the way Pakistan is.. we are hoping that by the end of the four years required, we should have found our niche and settled down. That is also why my husband and I are planning to study there, to improve our chances of integrating in the canadian system.

Anyone else planning to study?

Hello everyone, my friend received the long awaited medical request, along with it London Visa office asked to provide


1- PCC
2- Some updated forms
3- Landing fee
4- Medical form



He booked an appointment for 25th October for Medicals in Karachi.


Now, can you guys please tell me


0- Which method is best to send all these forms , pcc to London ? is DHL ok ? or we need to some special courier and address ?


1- if i can pay this RPRF fee from Canada ? or if not then what is the procedure of paying from Pakistan


2- How long after Medicals it takes to receive PPR ?


3- And will the passport needs to be submitted to ISLAMABAD office or London Office ?


I will be very thankful if you can share your experiences .
