That must have been excruciating for you! I think they must have placed your documents in the wrong VOs pile and after you wrote to them, they fixed the error. The good thing is, your CSE made them rectify the error, so I think that was very lucky in your case. Don't worry now since everything is sorted out. These background checks are grinding us to the ground. Hope to hear good things soon.

exactally...u can imagine the strees i had at that time...you r right they must had put the mail to some other non related section and recovered after my correspondance.
i came to know on britishexpat forum that the same happened to a lady from pakistan in 2009.she told me that even after providing them the proof of delivery they just apologized her and advised her to resubmit the add docs and rprf.she sent them another email to find her docs which she already had sent.luckily 5minutes after her email they replied that they had found her mail and dont send the docs again.
i have learnt a lesson from this experience that although they advise us to keep the correspondance at minimum level,we shud ask them for receipt of whatever we send to them soon after getting the courier delivery confirmation.

Actually they are very causal about it, in March when I did my meds I did not have my originals back yet. I emailed them they said they have been sent 3 weeks ago. I called TCS Visatronix they had no idea. So I went to their office and found my docs lying there, they did not bother to call. Best thing was TCS guy said we have sent you a letter, I said well I have not received it any letter from TCS, he said no we send it through Pakistan Post. Can you believe it ?????

So at the end TCS is relying on pakistan post wow thats great

I am getting worried, on your comments......I did my medicals On 30th March 2012, But I haven't received a single degree, or any of my original documents back.....I asked my consultant, he said, sometimes LVO, send originals backs with PPR1.....

SAME here! I asked my consultant when the meds came.. and he said they only sent the pregnancy ultrasound i had sent them a month before. i am hoping the rest will show up at some point. My consultant is pretty useless i have realised.. which is why i send CSE myself. ???

I dont know whats d myth in it by not telling.....the only reason I understand, is jealousy/bori nazar...which is most common in sub-continent...

I was so happy on receiving my medicals, that I told everyone, that I have received meds, to shut their mouths.....trick worked for 2 weeks, and then same teasing question, Aapka canada ka kiya buna...aub toh medical b kur liya hay..PPR nai aai....aaani b hay ya nai....Allah behter kuray ga.....

Now desperately waiting for PPR1 to shut d mouths again...but thinking not to tell about ppr2, and only disclose a week before leaving for Canada..

yes u r right its the concept of jealousy and boree nazar which prevails in our society.

guys i have been noticing that M1 applicants who applied in the first Quater of 2009 and the applicants of 2011 r receiving their PP1 and PP2. we the applicants of November 2009 or December 2009 have bore the brunt of this FSW system, which was suppose to be of 12 to 14 months process.

Mine too, is a non professional....but how did u sent a cse?.....did they replied on ur personal email address or did they replied to consultant...?

tcs using pakistan post....though i havent any bad experience with pakistan post but its like a joke...that a courier using another courier for its own mails
