mga kuya at ate. please naman po paano ko makukuha girlfriend ko na nasa pinas? magpapakasal na po kami next year. tska sabi daw need 1year na magkasama at sharing of bills. paano ko magagawa yun kung nandito po ako at ano yung proof na dapat ko ipakita na malalaman ng immigration na nagshshare talaga kami ni bill?BTW ngayon pa lang po kami magsshare ng bill. Need po ba na nakapangalan sa kanya yung bill ng MEralco? And yung sa 1 year po ano po ggagawin don? kase 6 months ang max stay sa philippines e. Need po ba talaga na mag stay don kahit kasal na. Ang plano ko po kasi bumalik don para magpakasal at magshare na ng bill simula next month. Advice naman po please nahihirapan ako kumilos sa canada ng wala magiging asawa ko,At san po ako magfafall? Spousal po ba, Conjugal or Common law partner? if married po. wala pa po kaming anak.

Foremost, how long have you been together in a relationship? **The lenght of the relationship matters, as the Visa Office (VO) will analyze things base on how strong your bond is.

Secondly, do you guys have lots of pictures together? How about pictures with each others family and friends? Do you have phone bills that reflects each others number? DO you frequently chat using skype, yahoo messenger, facebook and etc? DO you have bank joint account? Have you travel together? (plane ticket is one doc to show)** Proof of relationship/ communication are the requirements to prove that you are really in a relationship and your ties and relation to each other is genuine. All that i meantioned were just "some" of the possible proofs you can submit.

Lastly, if your in Canada, how long have you been here? Do you have stable job? Permanent full time? For how long now?

Minimum Language Requirement

Federal change requires lower skilled provicial nominee applicants to demonstrate minimum language standards
Effective immediately, lower skilled workers must include in their provincial nominee application test results demonstrating proficiency in English or French.

Does this change affect you?
The minimum language requirement for lower skilled workers affects Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program applicants whose assessed occupation is in Canada National Occupation Classification (NOC) skill level C or D. (Assessed occupation is the job commensurate with your education and experience that the MPNP considers when assessing your application.)

•NOC C and D occupations include semi-skilled and low-skilled workers in the trades, primary and manufacturing industries, sales and services, as well as certain clerical and assistant categories.
◦Level C jobs usually require only secondary school and/or occupation-specific training.
◦Level D jobs usually require only on-the-job training.
•Determine the skill level of your job at the NOC 2011 website.
It is recommended that all MPNP applicants submit test results demonstrating their language proficiency. But for lower skilled applicants, as defined above, the submission of language test results is mandatory, effective immediately, in order to comply with changes made by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).

Which language tests are accepted?
In accordance with CIC policy, the MPNP will accept only valid, documented results only from the following tests.

You must score at least the numerical value listed for each category (listening, speaking, reading, writing). No other evidence of language proficiency will be accepted.

Please be aware that:

1 year and 4 months po. bumalik ako don last month at kakabalik ko lang dito. yes po madami kameng pics at 4 years na kame nagtravel kame together. permanent po ako peromagquit na ako this sept at mag part time po. 1 year din po ao sa work ko. ung joint bank account ngayon pa lang namin aasikasuhin. salamat mo mam. at kung kinakailgan po siya i interviehin gagawin po namin lahat makasama ko lang siya dito,

Huwag ka magqquit kung wala ka pa makukuhang other work. Better be stable in your job and you will need to provide Notice of Assessments, Bank and Job Certificates too.

Well, 2 months today since I submitted the application.. Looking forward na i will hear from them in the next 30 days..

Sana wala na sila hingin pa, kasi 10 years na pictures way back mukha pa kami uhugin sa pics..lol anyways, goodluck sayo! if theres anything more dont hesitate to ask.
