My case has been sent last week Oct 28th, to Mexico for further processing
I am from Costa Rica and my wife Canadian
Anyone know what is the processing time and pending steps of process ?
Any suggested timeline , we start our Outland process in June 6th , 2019

You're very lucky, Jim, to have your file transferred in under 5 months, most of us have waited 9-11 months for transfer to Mexico VO. ;)

Spousal Sponsorship is generally a 12 month process and México VO usually takes the full 12 months. Since every file is different it's hard to answer your question.

It depends on how much work was done on background, eligibility, and security checks before it was transferred.

México VO is a very busy office and has been slow altho in the past month things seem to be moving faster. Good luck. :)

Do you know what’s steps are pending for me in the Mexico office ?
I have already submitted my medical exams and biometrics a month ago . And my police clearance was send along with the package send at the time of submitting paper work back in June

As I mentioned above, probably the background check, security check, and eligibility check will be processed there. There is nothing more you need to do but wait unless IRCC asks for additional documents until PPR. It's all about waiting...
