Once approved - does anyone know if you can go in person to get your PRR visa at the Mexico City office (Venezuela applicant). We did it that way 5 years ago in Buffalo (but things change) and now a close friend has had his spouse approved from Venezuela through the MC office and it would be great if they could expedite the process rather than waiting for the passport to be couriered back and forth!
