Mexican Police Certificate (Photos)

Hi, I am having trouble finding a place here in Toronto that can take my right profile passport photos. The requirement to get a Mexican police certificate is: 3 passport-size (4.5 cm × 3.5 cm) photographs of right profile (no makeup, earrings, glasses, facial hair or sideburns, and ears cannot be covered – no exceptions). I´ve been to 3 locations here in Toronto and nobody can print the photos. Does anybody know where I can take these pics in the GTA?

I live in BC and I went to Costco to get those pictures. You just have to explain what you need and it's very fast.
