method of tracking Federal status before AOR

after getting AOR, GCKEY seems no longer working...always said, your application is unavailable.

I just linked the application to my GCKEY, showed XEP. While linking, it said all correspondence would be received through this account.
Have you received any messages before?
You said "after getting AOR, GCKEY no longer working" so where to get the information of the application thereafter? Another system?

(I sent my application on Aug 26, which arrived in Sydney NS on 29th)
 
I am unable to link my application to GCkey Account because it is not getting found on this.

Please help :'(

1, no, nothing was changed before and after, some days later the system shows my application was not available.

the number of applicant please choose 1. not 2 not 3 just 1.
 
Has anyone received AOR recently from Nova scotia visa office?
My file was received on 16th june.
I have called their office many times and still no response, just being told to wait.
It's more than 90 business days.
I have already linked my application to gckey account and application number is still in XEP format.

If the application status is still open then all you can do is wait. There is a no specific timeline for each phase which means even though 90 days passed, they are not obliged to send a AOR.
 
I got my AOR today. Also, in gckey account application number changed to EP format from XEP.
Application received on 16june
AOR received on 3rd Novernber.

My PR application has been received on 2th Nov 2016 confirmed by dhl but until now I have been unable to link my application to my account.

I have done as explained in the post.

I have put family name and given names as written on passport and same on PR application form but written in capital letters.

I have also tried my maiden name as on csq application.

But I have been unable to link it.

Any advice?

Hi syphix

I am also in the same situation my file was delivered at Nova Scotia visa office on 20th July 2016 still no Aor as well as I am also unable to link/find my application on cic's website which is really a matter of worry for me >:(

Hi Sunny,

Based on the latest trend, you are due for an AOR any moment now. I'd say by Friday cause you just hit the 90 working day mark today.

Hi,
Ive heard we will be considered for the next year intake...not this years,is this true?makes sense though as some of us applied late Oct or Sep so we should get our AOR by Jan 2017.
are there people waiting for more than 12 months to complete their entire process (until landing?)
