Hey everyone,

Just putting this out there to see if anyone has had experience with CPC-Miss not uploading messages re: requests for medical or schedule A.

My partner and I received his GCMS notes this morning and saw that they actually requested his schedule A in June (about 2 weeks after medical request) with a due date of July 1st. That message wasn't ever uploaded to his GCKey account, and we only got a schedule A request Aug 23rd.
The problem is, in June we saw his account changed to "additional documents required" but no message, and even clicking around (to where you can upload the police certificates etc) didn't yield anything. We contacted the call center (despite living abroad) and had an agent tell us that "lots of people were having this technical issue" and to submit a webform for technical support. We did, and within a week the "additional documents" line was back to normal. Apparently, someone went in and "fixed" (wiped) the notification line but didn't ever check to see if a message was pending to be uploaded.

I'm sure this is fairly common, but I'm wondering what can be done in this situation? I've already sent a webform explaining that the PA didn't get the schedule A request in June (and the call we lodged about the technical issue was logged in GCMS notes too) because I want to make sure it isn't a "black mark" that the due date was passed. But I'm also pissed that this has delayed our application by 85 days and we've been SO GOOD about submitting everything well in advance when it's requested but we didn't ever see the message. Why is there no follow up when the due date has passed? Especially by 3 months!

Has anyone else called the call center to speak to an agent about this? What can we expect? All I want is for our BGC to be started (GCMS notes say eligibility, criminality or security have not been started yet) and not to be stuck in a queue behind people who were requested in August.

Any insight or further rants appreciated.

Join the club! I was never sent s request for RCMP. Fingerprint crtificete request until saw it in notes slso.

The due date was April 1
We sent in schedule A at beginning of march

Worse part is i had to email VO and ask if they wanted it as I saw it in the notes, 4 days later I
Received a request and emailed it right away as we had document ready since May because we were expecting request .

We emailed it on July 21 almost 4 months after the due date.

Our background check
Has been in progress for over 8 months since February 22
Still no ppr!

There was no apology isssued for the delay. I'm sure our case won't be finalized until after nov 21 which is 120 days after the rcmp report was requested.

We applied Jan 25. Most people from Jan are done being processed while we are still waiting due mainly to this problem. This VO has not really updated anything in GCKey account. Our request for the RCMP report has not been entered into the account nor the fact that they received our report. As far as I am concerned, it was a waste of time to set up the account, we get no information out of it, only from the GCMS notes we ordered. I know they received the report because our second set of notes indicate this. However, they still have not done anything further to review our criminality or security status as of August 28, the date of issue of our second set of notes. Our third set should be arriving next week or week after likely as they are backlogged with requests at ATIP, so we shall see if there is any new status updates. I am thinking no and nothing will be looked at until Nov 21 or after which is our next assignment due date.

I'd also like to complain about this!

Yes we had issues with the same thing. Our schedule A and PCC were apparently requested the end of august/early september and we never got a request. Called and spoke to multiple agents (different days). The first two said to submit a technical report, no results from that yet. The third said to just send the Schedule A via webform and they would send it to the agent in charge of our case. Did that and got an email back pretty quickly says they forwarded it to the agent...so we'll cross our fingers things move quicker. Very annoying considering we've had the schedule A done since before the application was sent in. We did, however, get a message and request for medical so something must have been fixed.
