Hi Prince,

your inbox is full so i am posting a new topic here.

I havn,t received any communication just couple of document request which i have sent already.

What basis have you applied? If PNP then do you have a approved job offer from Alberta?

Timeline is from 12 minimum to 23 max. I dont know why they are too slow for PNPs cuz FSW timeline has gone down already to 8 months.

Please let me know when you will receive any request from them. Have you received any document request from them?

Hello Mr. Chaudri;
Same is the my case I also sent a query (e-mail) to CHC Islamabad but they did not respond.

My PNP case was approved in the Family Stream category of Alberta Immigration Nominee Program (AINP)

I am basically worry about the receipt of my Original Educational Document that I had sent in the month of Feb 2010 to CHC Islamabad, on their request, for which I have not yet received any acknowledgment from their side.

Have you receive any acknowledgement of receipt from their side regarding further document you have sent?.

Hi Raj Sahib,

Consulate doesnt send you any acknowledge the only you could track your case is online or through the courier service you use.
I havnt received any reply from the consulate and still waiting for their reply.

Dear Chudari;
My assumption is that our cases have been transfer to CHC London as per new policy, that process of case shifting may be the reason of delay, that is why inspite of passing 12 months we have still being waiting for medical instructions. we will be lucky enough if our cases resolved within this year.

Any comments, ....

I don't think so because according to my information and if you visit canadian consulate website islamabad they have just moved Skilled worker class cases to London but still due to the moving process they might have over workload.

I think this may be the problem.

As of April 1, 2010, Economic applications from citizens or residents of Pakistan will be processed in London, United Kingdom. If you live in Pakistan and are applying under this category, send your application to London and not to Islamabad.

It clearly says Asof April1, 2010 and also i have heard if they move your application to UK then they will issue you a new file number and i don't think we have received a new one.

So people applying after 1 April 2010 will send their applications to London thats what i understand. They didn't say anything about the old applications.

Could you please confirm in which catergory of PNP you have been nominated and from which Province And how much time it took to nominate?

I got my PNP certificate in 6 months from Alberta and its under work PNP. Right now its been more than a year and i have been waiting since last May. THey were really quick before i dont know what they are doing right now.

As I have already stated that I had been nominated through Family Stream category of AINP, Apply in October 2008 nomiination received in May 2009 since than case is pending with CHC Islamabad.

I am also provincial nominee from alberta in family stream from pakistan. applied in oct 2008 and nominated in march 2010 (yours was very quick :) )

i sent my documents to cic londin in april. i did sent the email query to ainp guys and chc and they both directed me to submit docs to london.

it is strange that they asked for original educational docs as it is not in check list... have you submitted original transcript in university sealed envelope?

Yes I sent, alomost all of my Acdemic / Educational records to of CHC Islamabd as demanded by Visa Section, for further processing, but did not received any aknowledgment.
You may also be ask to do so in later stage of your case.

How did they confirm you about that?
Also, what happened to your education documents? did they send them to London? or have you received them back? Did they issue you a new file number and on what date did they transfer it to London?

Tell me the way you have inquired your case so i can do the same.
