Merging pdf files problem

I am trying to merge my application form with the family information form in order to upload them on to the website. The problems is that I used adobe acrobat reader DC to fill out the form however I am unable to use to combine files on the program so I used foxyutils online, and the form does not show up on google chrome properly and only displays the please wait message. So when I use this website and merge the files the form does not show up (it displays the please wait message) even if I wait, so how can I merge the files so that the form is shown or will the be able to see the form even though I can't.
Ps. I have tried merging the scanned copy of the form however the website is not excepting it and it excepts the form with the please wait message.

Why don't you try any online PDF merging tool for merging PDF files.
