Hi everyone, since I have answered "yes" to one of statutory questions, I decide to include an upfront schedule A 5669e form as supporting document together with my letter of explanation.
I am wondering how should I merge those two pdf files, since one(5668e) is encrypted and none of the online website can merge them successfully. I am only able to merge them successfully by converting validated 5669e form to a normal pdf file and then merge those 2 files.
Can anyone who had similar experience tell me whether this approach will be sufficient or not? Or are there any other better ways of doing this.
