Can you not do your own research? Hire an immigration consultant to find a cheap school with low GPA. Honestly grades are low and Duolingo is not considered by IRCC. And there are no cheap schools.
So what schools? Have you completed an ECA for your 4 year degree and have equivalency?
If you have equivalency then you have ECA so no issue. IRCC could ask for it.
None. Need at least 70% minimum or do research and find a professor willing to support your thesis research. You need to have the experience, research background, publications etc. that professor is interested in.
