MEng in ECE from UVIC or Concordia University

[ECE Engr]

I have been admitted to both program

Masters of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Concordia University in Montreal and at University of Victoria in Victoria, BC

it is tough to pick,

Montreal as a city is good while Uvic is a better university but I am not sure about which university has the better program in engineering.

Please give me your thoughts, I need to make a decision asap.

Montreal is good city but there is job problem for non french speakers...on the other hand UVic fee is low but living expenses are little bit high..its up to u which uni u decide
