I have not paid the fees. I am just wondering about the oil crisis that is prevailing now. If this condition persists it would make the scenario and jobmarket worse. but by the time we graduate US and saudi should have sorted out this issue.... Possibly.....

I got admitted with this score and I think you will get admitted too. Concentrate on yourTOEFL and try to get attractive score the your chances would be good

There is no way I change my field as I am a petroleum engineering graduate and I don't want to change even.
