MEDS DONE YESTERDAY...............NOW INTERVIEW

Howdy peeps,

Well, I had my meds done yesterday in Abuja. Now I'm focusing on the interview. But i'm a bit confused as to what EXACTLY i'm to bring along with me. The letter I got from the visa office SPECIFICALLY requested for the following:

PLEASE BRING THE FOLLOWING WITH YOU WHEN YOU APPEAR FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

1. This letter,

2. All original education documents for you and your spouse

3. All original employment documents for you and your spouse,

4. Any relevant supporting documents such as ID cards, pay slips, etc,

5. Your passport and the passports for all accompanying dependents

which isn't a problem at all. But does education documents mean another transcript in a sealed envelope? Cus I may not be able to get it between now and then. Also am I going to have to submit another bank statement and references again? Advice pls.........thanks.

You need to take all Original Education documents as mentioned. These may include all the Degree's you had mentioned in your application as well as all other transcripts related to your educational certificates, like marksheets, course completion certificates etc.

Congrat in advance.Honestly,I do not think transcript would be neccessary at this time.Transcript are not meant to be delivered by hand rather to whom it may concern by the institution.Every document,certificate and all that have been sent with your application should be handy pls.

Thanks a lot. But for docs like the reference letters, the originals are already with them. Am I to ask my referees to write the letters again? And then what do you think about the bank statement? Do you think I'd need a recent one? They didn't specifically ask for it but I don't want to take chances.

I totaly support Igbehiadara...transcript is not necessary so as not to expose 9ija guys (y' know)

You may go with a coppy os it sha, a mose olorun......but do not bring it out, I beg unless it is very very necessary.

They have them(docs and reference) at their possession and you will surprise they will come with them.Don't be cut off guard,if you have a copy of reference ask your employer to write again but must tally.Bank statement is to show you maintain funds in your account for a certain period of time.If you have a recent one with enough balance -give them nothing go happen.

Don't forget say dem knw say naija na intelligent people.A nation created specially by God.

My advice will be- Take every important document pertaining to your file, they can ask for anything. Organize your file in way that you will be able to present document when requested by the officer.
It will be great idea to update your documents as to financial statements, income tax, salary certificate, job letter everything that you send them originally when you applied...
Lastly, stay calm and good luck! Hope you come out from your interview in success!
