Hello,
Do we need to get the Medicals post ITA when submitting all the documents or do we need to wait for the response from CIC after AOR / during other steps.

Also, Are the medical tests necessary for the Minor aged 8 years and infant few days old?

Without medicals you will not be able to submit your application. Which means you will not get AoR.
Submitting medicals is one of the steps of the post ITA procedure.

Also, Are the medical tests necessary for the Minor aged 8 years and infant few days old?
Yes. All family members (wife and kids) whether they are in your application or not.

you need to do the 'upfront medical exam' basis your ita with an empanelled clinic before you submit your eAPR
