Guys I have medicals tomorrow.Diagnosis center said the documents 10 days ago while booking appointment but i didn't noted them.Please figure out if i miss any documents below,

Printout of the medical form they send in the email.
Original passport or its copy if original already submitted to embassy.
If showing the passport's copy then you must also have original National Identity Card as well.
