i have done my medicals for australia on sept 2013 ,do i have to do it for canada again or will it be enough ???

I dont think Canada immigration will accept those medicals. They will take medicals from their list of panel doctors only.
CIC and Australiam Immigration might have different approved Medical Practitioners from whom you can get your Medical done. I personally think you should go for Medicals again as the Medical reports are sent directly from your Medical Institution to the CIC Medical Board.
