Hi all

I have been nominated by OINP under international student with job offer.

I have received my PCC's and filled out all required forms, but there's no mention of medical examination in the checklist. Is it any better to get them done upfront as it could save a fair bit of time. Has anyone done this. Please advice.

CIC advices to do the medical exams once you have received an ITA. But if you have been nominated, you are pretty sure to get picked !

Follow this instructions :

Hey this is a paper based application i need to send and this is not under express entry

Then don't do it yet if it's not in the checklist. Medicals are valid for 12 months. What if they get back to you more than 12 months later? They will request it if you're in the paper-based process.

Also, you asked this question in the Express Entry forum, so people are going to assume your application is in Express Entry unless you specify, or better yet, post in the correct forum.

Upfront is not gonna speed up and potentially mess up the process

Don't do it unless you have a legit reason
