Does anybody have any idea how long it takes from Medicals to Visa Issuance?

I had my medicals on the 14th of April, 2012, and waiting for feedback.
 
I think is about 3months interval. Just be patient it will come through by this month unfailingly.

It depends though. I had mine today after one month but Pretoria VO sha
