Medicals sent to Ottawa

I did my medicals in the US back in November, from a doctor listed in the Canada immigration website, I asked them to send my medical results to the New Delhi visa office, but they said they only send them
to Ottawa, (and at that time I confused it with CIC-M), so I didn't think much into it. NOW though, im feeling paranoid, because usually doesn't the doctor send the medicals to the processing visa office??
Has anyone in here got their medical results sent to Ottawa? I hope they transfer my medicals to New Delhi from Ottawa.

Don´t worry that happened to me! We went for the medicals and the doctor said he wa going to send to Ottawa. I asked if it shouldn´t be to Mississauga or Mexico city office, and he told me no...that they go to Ottawa.

And now on the CIC website it says that our medicals have been received. I´m pretty sure they are transfered to the correct office from Ottawa. No need to be paranoid.

Hi I had the same issue my DMP send it to ottawa instead of New Delhi. So what haapened did you get any update on your e case please let me know. I id my medicals in march 15 th.

The medical exam forms get sent to regional medical offices where the decision is made (the DMP is the 'eyes and ears' of the regional medical office). The regional medical office then forwards the results to your visa office.

My wife was ask to redo her medical and sent it in April 2012 at KIN, she was told she would have to pay an additional $5000.00 JAM to courier the package back to Canada. They said it doesn't go to Trinidad anymore and would be a shorter process. This seems to be a new thing they are doing since the first one one was sent to Trinidad without the extra fee.
