Medicals sent - help on next steps

Dear All
I get to see multiple scenarios in this forum on the PP request and stamping. Can anyone help for these questions?

1. I got the letter for completing my medicals only. It did not ask for sending the PP. Do I need to wait for a separate request for sending the PP? My guess is I need to wait, but wanted to confirm
2. How much time normally it takes for the Medicals's submitted and receiving a request for the PP?
3. while applying jobs, the visa that we get -- is it sufficient to get the job or we need to have the PR card with us? (I believe, PR card is issued only after we land)

You need to wait they will ask you for the PP once they are sure that you pass the medicals

2. How much time normally it takes for the Medicals's submitted and receiving a request for the PP?

1 month at most
3. while applying jobs, the visa that we get -- is it sufficient to get the job or we need to have the PR card with us? (I believe, PR card is issued only after we land)
PR card is not compulsory to find a job you will get PR card once you landed in canada.
