Medicals Request and timeline

Friends, please let me know what is the total duration Buffalo office would give us to do our Medicals, do we need to do it immediately or will there be a deadline to submit the same.

I am asking this because, this year I am going to India with my family for about 6 weeks. If I get the Medical request during the time, can I come back and do it?

1. Usually u'll get 60 days to do the meds [it'll be written on your meds letter].
2. Meds can be done by any DMP, in any country [not necessarily in US].
3. However, doing meds in the *current place of work & residence is ideal.

*Coz, if there r any re-test/correspondences to be done, CIC'll only allow u to do so with the originl DMP.
