Medicals done in USA...plz share

Hi Guys
I am a March 2013 applicant, I am visiting states these days and have started looking for my options for medicals in USA, would like to get it done in Aug or Sept' 13 (or before if receive MR)....

Would like to know if someone did or planning to do medicals in any of Atlanta (Georgia), North Carolina or Texas in USA. Please share your experience, like how long its taking to get appointment, how many days in total (1 or 2) for complete procedure in the clinic and if there is any e-medical facility available in USA anywhere. I have not been able to find any info so far, so any help is welcome. Also I can`t contact CIC calling agents from USA, if there is any number that I can reach, please share.

Please share information on medicals done anywhere in USA; other than the places mentioned above is also appreciated.
