Medicals done in Pakistan & sent to London via New Dehli

HI guys

any idea, how long does it take for medicals to reach CHC London?
my case is being processed in London Office and they asked me to redo medicals...
I've done medical at IOM Lahore Pakistan, they told me, reports go to New Dehli and then forwarded to London VO
