Medicals done. But gonna decline ITA

I got invitation for direct ITA with 3 years of experience (CRS 469) and post that I did medicals and PCC by showing my invitation letter which includes EE file number. Now I am not able to get reference letter from my first company in which I had 1 year of experience. Now I plan to withdraw my EE profile with 3 years of experience. Now I am expecting the ITA with just 2 years of experience (CRS 444) from my current company in the next draw with new EE profile. Can I create the new EE profile with CRS 444 and use my existing medicals (which I did by showing my existing EE profile with CRS 469)?

In my e-medical information sheet, I have UMI****** under the barcode. Under Client Visa Details, I have IME: EDE, Upfront medical type: Family-EDE.

Do these information (UMI, IME, Upfront medical type) linked with my invitation letter with existing EE profile number with CRS 469? or these information only linked with my passport number? Can I use the same e-medical information sheet for my upcoming application with new ITA?

Yes you can. Validity of it is one year.

You can axplain in a LOE you cant get reference letter from the employer and write down the reasons. Give them some other proof, payslips and that what you can get. Accept ITA if you can in any other way prove that you have that experience.. that shouldnt be a problem??

Get a letter from an ex senior colleague with his contact details and submit it with an LoE, with other supporting documents as you mentioned.
