Medically Inadmissible - Hepatitis B

Hello,

Is there anyone here who has/had Hepatitis B and was found inadmissible but was able to overturn the case?

I would appreciate any help that I can get from this forum.

If you are being sponsored as a spouse or common-law or conjugal partner, you should be accepted even with Hepatitis B. If they refuse, I would try appealing. If you are in some other immigrant class, I don't know.
