I also had a question for the medical. U.S. Spousal applying outland, are there any immunizations required to update or have/get before the medical exam? I was told Tdap, MMR, Chickenpox, and Flu shot. Then I was told I didn't need anything.

Take your passport and if you have any recent medical records take them. I also am American and they did not ask me for the things you mentioned.

For PR through family reunification you should not worry about any medical condition except for those that might present a risk to general health (i.e. infectious disease). The applicants of family reunification are exempt from being inadmissible on the ground of excessive demand on the health system.
