Hi

Me too, filled full docs Jan 2010, revd 2nd AOR in Jan 2010 and status changed to In Process with RBVO details December 2010 & still waiting for Meds. Have ordered CAIPS - I should receive it hopefully in the next 2 weeks. This waiting games is so frustrating !!!!!

Webiste indicates the processing time not after the 2nd AOR, but from the initial application. But that is not happening. You can see many applicants with more than 16 months still waiting.

Its based on complete application package and not initial application. So it can be said as 16 months from docs received or 16 months from 2nd AOR (receipt of docs received)...
