Sir I send the full document to Islamabad in the month of October and get the AOR in the month of november'09 so can you please tell me that when i will get my medical and when i will get the visa stamp

Nothing can be said... it varies from case-to-case, read Background & Security Checks.
However, with the fast-track system it is expected to be over in 8-18 months time. Avg. 12 months. Same is for meds, it can take anything in between. Generally, u should be hearing from them by 3-5 months after 2nd stage of docs. Anything earlier is definitely a 'bonus'.
