Medical time after AOR from CIC

Hi Friends,

I am Nikhil Sharma, I would like to know how much time it will take to get the medical from Canada immigration from Sri lanka.

My VO office is based in Sri Lanka and received AOR last week from Canada Immigration of Sri Lanka.
