Medical test

Mu wife applied for PR and she included me as I'm out of canada, our application status in process and I have no idea when should I do my medical test .
Is it ok to do medical test at any panel physicians has been approved by Immigration even in my country ?
My wife is protected person so I assume that I have the same situation , or not?

No you will not be a protected person only your wife. You need to wait until you are asked to do the medical. You can do a medical in any country as long as it is done by the panel physician. The journey from protected person to PR is a long process (over 2 years now) so you'll kust have to be patient and you both should check your email including your junk folders.
