If they cannot finish the medical test within the time which been specified by visa officer what they should do?

You should inform the VO through email as soon as possible, detailing the reasons why you can't do the tests in the specified time.

I just received AIP + Open Work permit and they asked me to do the Medical test again.

Last year I went to other place which quite $$$.
So today I called many of places that near my house and this place is the cheapest.
I then booked with them but they are available again on 7Nov (laboratory available on 8Nov)
