Medical test results

I just completed my upfront medicals and the hospital informed me that they've sent my eMedical to IRCC and mailed me the information sheet.
I'd like to know if the panel physician will inform us of any abnormal results so we can get it treated prior to sending it to IRCC or will they send it regardless the results?

If you choose to, your hospital can send you a copy of your medical results. At least in my case my hospital asked me if I wanted a copy of my results.
