Medical Test For PR Canada

Hi,

I have applied for PR for Canada and i have received my medical and it has also been received by CIC.
My question is if a person has a fatty liver and high cholesterol triglycerides. Can they refuse PR visa on these grounds?

Any reply on this will be appreciated.
