How long is the medical test valid for? I had my test done in August (5 months ago). Can i still use it for my PR application ?

One year. Yes you can. Just keep in mind there's a chance they might ask you to redo it.

my CRS score is 447 and i am waiting for ITA. In the meantime i am planning to arrange Medical for the application.

could you please confirm how to get HAP ID for medical appointment ?

Secondly, i just received ONIP letter and i dont want to go with it as my CRS score is enough to get ITA in coming rounds. could you please confirm how to decline the invite?
