Medical Surveillance Questions

Dear All,

I was detected inactive TB during medical exam. With my doctor's report, eventually I got the PR visa. When I got the VISA package, there is this medical surveillace form.

I plan to land 4 months later. I have some questions about this. Please help. Many thanks.

1. What kind of tests will I need to do with public health once I landed?
2. Would my PR status be revoked if the test results are not very good?

did you got your pr before the surveillance and i am also in same situation already done with this 3 years ago and got an email for surveillance now i am in process of applying pr do i need to do this again please answer
